Hi Everyone,

I will normally come here to answer your questions during weekends.

For the request of MODs, I will try my best to finish them for you as soon as possible.

Please help each other if you have the knowledge and answer so that new users can overcome their problems fast. From now on, if the donation amount per month access my server charges, I will divide the excess amount equally to those frequent helpers and MOD writers, so happy helping. Smile

[I am not encouraging the experts to help our members for the purpose of cash, but we would like to recognize and appreciate effort the "helpers" give to us and they can buy some real beer in real life to enjoy the appreciation from other members.]

For newcomers, please search/read through the threads before you ask a question.

And when sombody answered your question, if you want to show your thanks to him/her, please donot use donate, you can buy him/her beer by click the "buy beer" button under his/her name.

For any security concerns or new MODs submission, please email me directly at zouxiong at loewen.com.sg , I will respond as soon as possible.

Most importantly, you should post your issue as detail as possible so that I can answer your question without asking you for more information. It will help to shorten the cycle period.
For example:
1. Mod name and version
2. What is the problem detail? steps to reproduce the error
3. any screen shoots?
4. If you want us to check your site directly, please leave your url and test account by email or PM

I have decided to donate the excess amount of cash (by reserving some cash for future hosting fees) received from the kind donations from our members to Charities to help the needies.

I will post the receipts as replies in this thread.

Below is the donation of $100 to Singapore RED CROSS, thanks to all our donors once again.

Nowadays I see a lot of returned emails whose sender is @loewen.com.sg

Please note that I or this board will never send any business emails to you, except those emails of notification of new PM and Reply, or the active email when you registered. All the emails donot require you to reply.

Donot reply them. And most importantly, donot give any personal information out by email!

Sorry that I has been absent for the past a few months. I has been busy with a very urgent project of my employee company and then followed by personal affairs.

Following is the donation to singapore red cross for China Sichuan Earth Quake I made today. Together with the previous funding of our donors and my contribution. Thanks a lot again for our donors' support!

It will be grateful if you can donate via red cross from your own countries, if that would be difficult for you and you can also donate again to our site and I will transfer the money to Singapore Red Cross.
The last day for Singapore Red Cross to collect donations is 14th June. The donation activities in our site will end at 12th June so that I can have time to donate them to Red Cross. Thanks, your help is needed!

Sorry that I may not be able to answer your questions until 15th June. I will have to fly back to China urgently started from tomorrow morning.

PS: the donation set for China Earth Quake Relief will be stopped, since I will not be able to donate them into Singapore Red Cross in behalf of our donors.
